Training, PPE & Lift Planning
Qualified Operators
Operated rentals include certified / qualified operators appropriate to the equipment and lift. We do not send iron without the people who know how to run it safely.
Personal Protective Equipment
Hard hats, high-visibility clothing, gloves, and other PPE appropriate to the site are standard expectations for Champion crews on customer jobs.
Lift Planning
Before the boom goes up we review load, radius, jobsite, and communication. Complex lifts get the planning they deserve.
Jobsite Communication
Clear signals, radio discipline, and coordination with your team keep everyone aligned during critical picks.
Stop-Work Authority
Any Champion team member can pause a lift if conditions change or the plan no longer fits. Schedule never outweighs a safe setup.
